Escrow services:

The merchandise that we sell is brand new. It is not refurbished, not second-handed, not vintage, and we never open the manufacturers' sealed boxes with merchandise in them. Because of the fact that all the merchandise that we sell is brand new and sealed in the boxes by the manufacturers as well as it comes with the manufacturer's warranty, we do not offer Escrow services on the Computers/Consumer's Electronics or any other merchandise that we offer and sell. We advertise our items as BRAND NEW, SEALED BY THE MANUFACTURER, NEVER OPENED, NOT REFURBISHED and we like to adhere to our promise of quality and condition of the merchandise that we offer. We will not accept Escrow Services, because these services allow for the originally sealed boxes by the manufacturers to be opened for inspection of the merchandise and returned to us for any just or unjust reasons after which the promise of the merchandise being BRAND NEW, SEALED BY THE MANUFACTURER, NEVER OPENED is not valid any longer and the merchandise can not be sold as it was BRAND NEW, SEALED BY THE MANUFACTURER, NEVER OPENED.

No Return, No Refund Policy:

Because of the fact that our merchandise prices most of the time are lower than in the stores of our competitors, we simply can not afford any refunds and/or returns of any kind to be issued to our customers, and therefore we do not offer Return on any purchase or Refund of your payment under any circumstances. This sale policy is similar to the sale policies offered by many airlines and other transportation services in the respect that a company can not afford Returns and Refunds based on the costs acquired by the company involved into the processing of an order and other important factors, It is pretty much as you buy a low cost ticket for your flight from an airline such as when you pay a low price ticket it is not refundable and when you buy a high priced airline flight ticket you have a conditional refund available to you.

Shipping, handling, processing, sales tax and insurance on and of your order and payments:

Every day we receive many orders from all over the world. We also receive many inquiries to calculate the shipping, handling, insurance, processing and sales tax on merchandise for the destinations throughout the world. It is simply impossible for us to spend so much time calculating all these charges without exactly knowing whether a prospective customer will actually become a customer and we are not just wasting our time for nothing calculating all these charges for someone who will not make a purchase. There is no common calculator or any other existing device that exists in the world into which a customer can input his information and other components of what makes up a final price of a particular merchandise, where weight, insurance, shipment destination, processing, handling of the order and merchandise as well as many other measures and information bits could be input all at once and therefore each order is processed individually. Shipping, handling, processing, sales tax and insurance will be calculated only after you have paid for the item itself. We will not sit and waste our time calculating your these charges until you have actually paid for the item itself and we have obtained all the necessary and complete information to process your order, because we have done it for many people before and they did not purchase any items at all, but others did, and these people who did not purchase the merchandise just wasted our time since we calculated the total cost for them for nothing. These fees will be calculated for the actual buyers only. Buyers from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico need to add extra $$ in shipping and handling. For all shipping, insurance and sales tax is required.

A legal binding contract:

Purchasing and/or ordering of the merchandise constitute a legal binding contract. Do not purchase or order any item if you are not willing and/or able to pay for this item.

In the event of non-payment or reneging of your payment or you reneging on your order, we reserve the right to hold you liable for any cost incurred by us and that was levied on us by any financial or not institution that charges for money transfer and/or for using their services regarding this transaction and/or any dispute deriving from the latter.

Availability of the merchandise:

Please make your payments as soon as possible, because we can't reserve the product for more than 7 days. If your payments are not received within 7 days, there is no guaranteed availability of the product, and we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice issuing no return or refund of any sort.
