TUV Productions is seeking funding for the documentary films and literary projects that are entitled:

" Europe 2000. Micronationalism vs. Supranationalism -- Case-study ", " Russia 20000. The Evil and The Saint. On the Brink Of The 21st Century -- Case-study. " in order to make these project possible.

" Europe 2000 " project is focused on such issues as the unification of Europe and its people into one Supranational state which promotes and sponsors unity, cooperation among the European nations and the people who together make-up what the European Union is, to prevent wars in Europe and foster peace, economic prosperity and partnership among the member-states and the very people, who are citizens of these states. At the same time the project is focused on such controversial issues as sovereignty, self-determination, independence, national and ethnic identity-survival crises case of the indigenous nations of Europe facing their extinction during the formation of the EU. While at the same time, official Europe is trying to smooth out all the differences of its population. and eventually blend all of the European people into one Euro-nation, integrating them into one Supranational state, and replacing national laws with the supranational ones, having as its main goal as achieving common standards on everything, from the commonality in color of the halogen lights on the vehicles to the common European currency, many people in Europe are simply against this as they call it ' a eurocratification ' -- a eurocratic unification process, or at least care less about it. When almost all of the necessary steps towards the unification have been taken, even an economic union made, and the next step is the final -- the political unification into a union, those who are not in the Union's favor are reluctant to its final phase, pressing up issues of the self-determination, sovereignty and independence, and thus, the controversy of the two processes taking place at once, is the core and the main single topic and a focus point that is traced through the entire project on Europe of 2000.

This controversy raises the question of the force's self-destructive and self-contradictory nature. At the time when the Supranational law replaces the national ones, and the Unification is understood as an erosion of the nationalism (under any of its definitions) and national identity is being sacrificed for the common good (under any of its definitions), there are nations that are simply dying out, but are not willing and ready to do that yet. Legitimacy and legality of such a politically controversial process is not the primary object of this documentary movie and a literal project, but the reasoning and rationality behind it is. How rational is it for two opposite and controversial processes to take place at once? Which one will prevail? Whether the absorption of the relatively small ethnic identities by the Union's idea of ' blending together ' will prevail, which is taken differently by those who have a strong interest in continuing, as long as they could sustain to be what they are as a people, preserving and priding their heritage and identity, in no matter which form it comes, or the small, but strong ' identities ' will achieve a complete independence and sovereignty, as well as eventually be able to grow into some kind of larger ethnic, economic and political units, will remain a fundamental question to be answered by the audience themselves, and the phenomena to be seen will either support, or not their visions.

" Russia 2000. The Evil And The Saint. On The Brink Of The 21st Century -- Case-study " documentary film will highlight two contrasting aspects of today's Russia - the saintly side typified by efforts tto preserve traditional Russian culture, religious institutions, and the country's achievements in various aspects of life, and the ugly side of mob violence, alcoholism, anti-semitism, drugs, prostitution and other negative aspects of the contemporary life in the modern day Russia. The main goal and purpose of this project is to educate the perspective audience -- the American people about the realitiies of modern day Russia. This project is a Big Picture of what Russia of 2000 is.

This project is dedicated to the peace on Earth, the present situation in Russia and its former satellites -- the Republics that today are independent, but still are under the Russian influence as they had been prior to declaring independence from Moscow. The goal of this documentary movie and a literary project is to show two faces of Russia: The Evil & The Saint, both living in one organism -- Russia. To create this image, a crew of movie-makers consisting of the producer's assistants, camera-men, tech-support analysts and other shooting-crew-members specially selected for the project by the production company on this project, as well as myself (and I will direct, narrate and produce the documentary movie and a literary project as well), and other personal will go to Russia and some of the former Republics, documenting both faces of that vast country: the dangerous one (the reform crumbling, the mob, the plutonium and uranium products' movements and its danger, the food and medical supplies shortages, prostitution, drugs, alcoholism, anti-semitism and violence, as well as other racial, anti-ethnic and potentially politically-dangerous elements and formations rising there on an unprecedented scale, issues and elements that prevent Russia from becoming a world-trustworthy-and-peace-aiming-and-meaning-partner that is politically-stable and safe, and economically self-sustainable place to live in or deal with on the International affairs and issues for the rest of the World's community.

I will also show a different face of Russia, where cultural and religious heritage, old and well-preserved ancient traditions, achievements in space, R&D in the field of medicine, sports, tourism, trade and many other various components and features of this side of her face, as well as the Russia's future -- today's youth, that gives a hope to the world for the country economy's and political life's health and stability, and a very different future from the one that the Russian State (CIS) of 2000 is going through now at the two centuries' time-line-switch-point. This project will require security and accommodations provisions, and more correspondence, such as letters to: The U.S. and the Russian governments' leaders, or/and to the appointed by them people in charge of the institutions, organizations and other establishments in both countries at both levels: the federal and local governments.
